Mr. Roshan Kumar is the Co-founder and Partner at M/s D N S R & Associates, Chartered Accountants. He has brilliant academic records with honour’s degree in commerce from Hansraj College, University of Delhi and is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2017. He has a passion for newer and challenging opportunities. 

His mainstay competency includes Direct Taxation, Business Advisory, Project financing, Corporate financing and Allied Matters. He has also acquired proficiency in Statutory Audits and Finalization of Financial Statements as well as Internal Audits. 

He has worked with Vedanta Limited (a globally diversified natural resources company) as Associate Manager-Group Treasury for 15 months. At Vedanta, he gained experience of Credit rating reviews, Fund raising, Treasury Operations, Financial Modelling, M&A transactions and related assignments. 

He was part of Global Risk & Compliance team at Aricent Technologies Holding Ltd. (Now Altran, a Global Design and Engineering company). At Aricent, he gained experience of Internal Audit, Information system Audits, Management Assurance audits and related assignments. He has also worked for M/s Shwetabh & Associates, Chartered Accountants where he gained experience of Direct and Indirect Tax matters, Statutory and Tax audits and management consultancy.

He has brought with him various audit methodologies and best practices to the firm. His vast knowledge and experience has given him an edge in analytical thinking.
